Exchange or Return for a Refund

1.The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received.

2.A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible, please make sure that:

1.The product is in its original packaging;

2.The product should be unworn, unwashed,undamaged,or unaltered.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.To return the products, please submit items change request to customer service via service@popopieshop.com.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

When we receive the package you returned, we will refund you as soon as possible.Once the refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return:

Swimsuit is not eligible for return or exchange.(*Swimsuit can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or wrong item)

To better solve your problem, please send us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submitting the return/exchange request.

After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking number of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Order Cancellation

1.We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase.

You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via service@Popopieshop.com once you decide to cancel the order. After receiving your order cancellation request, we will cancel the order and refund you as soon as possible.

2.We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund for you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return address: If you are sure to return the goods for a refund, please contact to our customer service via service@Popopieshop.com, and we will provide you with the return address.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via service@kidskloset.shop.com.

The return shipping costs need to be borne by yourself.
